City Circle was involved in the demolition of the iconic Richmond Plaza located in the heart of Richmond. The former business center and shopping district spans across a total area of 13,000sq/m which was stripped out with our fleet of smaller machinery, whilst the exterior structure was demolished with numerous of our 33tonne excavators. Due to the intricate nature of the site tucked within the residential area, City Circle had to strategically plan our demolition to minimize noise, vibration and dust in consideration of the environment and the residents. Works to site were prepared to receive civil and piling contractors prior to completion of demolition.
